His areas of Internet access and geographical location.Yes and no, the Internet has changed a lot, so speed, location does not matter much. Browsers need to manage scripts chingo, flashes, cartons, plugins, etc on, if you say no, IE8 and then try to see how this piece of shit can handle Web browsing.
